Please be informed that effective 12:00 PM on January 13, 2017 to 12:00 PM on January 16, 2017, the Seafarers Certification System (SCS) will be under preventive maintenance and system upgrade. The registration and uploading of seafarers’ documents will be inaccesible during this period.
Once the system is restored, seafarers may logon at the SCS using the following URL : https://stcw.marina.gov.ph/scsv2.0/
